# OctetKeep Website Terms

These Website Terms govern use of the OctetKeep public website and its informational content. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

## 1. Provider

OctetKeep is provided by **Elementary Inc.** The product brand is OctetKeep. Customer-facing company identification is presented in Latin script.

## 2. Website use

You may access the public website for lawful informational and product-use purposes. You must not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, scrape restricted areas, impersonate another party, or use the website to violate applicable law.

## 3. Product information

Product descriptions are provided for information. Features may change as the product evolves. Nothing on the public website creates a separate warranty unless the applicable contractual document expressly provides it.

## 4. Intellectual property

Unless expressly identified otherwise, the website, OctetKeep branding, software, documentation, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Elementary Inc. No transfer of ownership is made by ordinary website access.

## 5. Third-party material

Third-party names, software and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable terms and licenses.

Privacy information is provided in the Privacy Notice. Security disclosures are handled under the Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

Paid software and commercial services are governed by the applicable EULA, Consumer Terms of Sale, B2B agreement or other contract incorporated into the transaction. A public webpage alone does not create a paid license.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

For customers for whom mandatory consumer law does not prescribe otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law applicable to Elementary Inc. in Bulgaria and disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
