# OctetKeep Refund and Withdrawal Policy

## 1. No voluntary 30-day guarantee

OctetKeep does not offer a standing 30-day money-back or satisfaction guarantee. There is no contractual promise allowing unrestricted use followed by a discretionary refund request after a fixed 30-day period.

## 2. Statutory rights are preserved

Mandatory consumer rights, digital-content withdrawal rights where applicable, conformity remedies, chargeback rights and other non-waivable remedies are not excluded by this Policy.

## 3. Digital content supplied immediately

Where applicable law permits an exception to withdrawal for digital content, Elementary Inc. will rely on that exception only when the legally required pre-contract information, prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation steps have been correctly completed and recorded.

## 4. Refund decision order

Refund requests are assessed in this order:

1. Mandatory statutory remedy.
2. Express contractual remedy.
3. Valid payment dispute or fraud process.
4. Exceptional goodwill at the sole discretion of Elementary Inc., where lawful.

Goodwill decisions do not establish a standing refund right.

## 5. Evidence

Transaction, license, document-version and legal-acceptance records may be used to assess a refund or chargeback. Customer forensic files are not required for this purpose and are not collected by default for refund defence.

## 6. No tracking-for-refund clause

Elementary Inc. does not introduce telemetry, device fingerprinting or a remote kill switch solely to enforce payment, refund or license disputes.

## 7. B2B

B2B refunds and credits are governed by the applicable signed agreement and Order Form, subject to mandatory law.
