# OctetKeep Open-Source and Third-Party Notices

OctetKeep includes or may include third-party software distributed under the licenses that apply to those components. Elementary Inc. does not transfer those third-party rights to the customer.

The release SBOM and corresponding source distribution are the authoritative machine-readable inventory for each released artifact. Where a third-party license requires a copyright notice, license text, attribution or source availability, the applicable release package includes or references the required material.

Nothing in the OctetKeep EULA limits rights granted directly under an applicable open-source license.
