# OctetKeep Export Control and Sanctions Notice

Elementary Inc. expects users to comply with applicable export-control, re-export and sanctions laws in connection with OctetKeep software and services.

The customer must not use or transfer OctetKeep in a manner prohibited by applicable law, including transactions involving sanctioned persons, destinations or prohibited end uses.

The product may contain or rely on cryptographic functionality. Any required export classification, filing or reporting is handled under the applicable rules for the relevant distribution model and jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Notice authorizes conduct prohibited by law.
