OctetKeep is designed to minimize tracking and maintain a local-first privacy boundary.

## Current posture

- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site behavioral tracking.
- No session-replay product telemetry.
- No product-analysis telemetry.
- No device fingerprinting for license or refund enforcement.
- No third-party analytics is admitted by the current public Web architecture unless separately reviewed and documented.

Strictly necessary technical storage may be used where required to provide or secure a requested function. Where consent is legally required, the implementation must obtain it before non-essential storage or tracking occurs.

Any future change to tracking, analytics, cookies or similar technologies requires a new privacy and security review before release.
