# OctetKeep Consumer Terms of Sale

These Terms apply to consumer purchases of OctetKeep digital software where consumer law applies.

## 1. What you purchase

The purchase grants the software license described by the applicable product page, order and Software EULA. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the paid local edition is a perpetual license with separate update/support entitlements.

## 2. Price and payment

The price shown at the time of order, together with applicable taxes and mandatory charges, forms the purchase price. Payment processing may be performed by an appointed payment service provider under the applicable transaction and privacy arrangements.

## 3. Delivery

Digital software is supplied electronically to the delivery channel identified during checkout. Delivery is completed when the customer can reasonably access the purchased software or license material.

## 4. No voluntary 30-day money-back program

Elementary Inc. does **not** offer a standing 30-day money-back or satisfaction guarantee. This does not exclude or limit mandatory statutory rights, conformity remedies, lawful withdrawal rights, chargeback rights or any other non-waivable consumer protection.

## 5. Digital content and withdrawal

Where applicable law gives a withdrawal right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is handled according to the applicable statutory rules. Where immediate performance is requested during a withdrawal period, the checkout must obtain any prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by the applicable law before relying on an exception from withdrawal. The legal acceptance record identifies the version of the terms accepted and the transaction time.

## 6. Statutory conformity and remedies

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory guarantees, conformity requirements or consumer remedies. Statutory rights prevail over inconsistent contractual wording.

## 7. Refund decisions

Mandatory legal remedies are handled first. Contractual remedies are limited to those actually granted by the applicable documents. Goodwill refunds, if any, are discretionary and do not create a general refund program or precedent.

## 8. License

Use of paid software is governed by the Software EULA. The customer does not receive ownership of the software merely by purchasing a license.

## 9. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted through the support/legal contact channel published on the website. Consumer dispute routes required by applicable law remain available.

## 10. Governing law

For consumers, mandatory protections of the country of residence apply where required. For matters not governed by mandatory consumer rules, Bulgarian law applies.
